It is obvious that property has deteriorated and is need of repairs. tiles in showers have lost grout long time ago, wallpaper are scratched and in bed shape. as you enter into there room you are met with moldy, humid smell. there is no way to open a window, not even bit to let fresh air in. “We consider that this hotel has the best location. Very close to the park, downtown shops and Chinatown. The pool and sauna area are spectacular. The breakfast was a bit ‘touristy’ quality wise, I’ve had more refined breakfasts at other Westin properties.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
