“Great location right in the rainforest. Pool and swimming in creek were great ways to cool off. Cabins were large and surrounded by large plants.”

“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“I stayed in this hotel with my family for two nights.the location is great, near to the Aquarium and to the terminal for reef tours. Rooms are big, comfy and most of all they are super clean! There is a lounge with a Coffee machine (real nespresso) and biscuits and water, open 24/7,so this is great. The staff is amazing, we met Matteo and Aurora and they are very kind and helpful! If we ever come back to cairns we will definetely come back in this hotel!”

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”
