“Al check-in la reception era chiusa, nonostante fossero le 13.30. Ho dovuto chiamare un numero di telefono, mi hanno dato la combinazione della cassaforte posta all'esterno e preso la mia chiave. Pulizia della camera di primo acchito nella norma, mentre le pulizie giornaliere non sono state fatte. Piscina inaccessibile, chiusa e quando ho dovuto chiedere la chiave (alle 18), la reception era chiusa. Ho chiesto la password del wifi a una signora delle pulizie. Formiche nella camera dappertutto,...

“Clean and comfortable, gym was a little lacking in terms of weights, and there were little things like the chairs in the room had significant wear. A cover would fix this cheaply and quickly. Otherwise a seamless stay. ”

“Madison plaza is in the city hub so it is convenient to all forms of transport. The staff go above and beyond to help with any enquiries you have. The only down side is no microwave. However alot of restraunts within walking distance from Madison plaza.”

“It was close to the activities in the park like tennis court, playground and pool. Very comfortable and quiet stay. TV- the Netflix didn't work at all in my cabin maybe should asked for help with that. As we only had LiveTV. Will next time if happens again on our stay. Definitely needs a little bit of an update on equipment for older kids (8-10 year old.) ”

“We loved our stay at Madison Ocean Breeze! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen which was well stocked. The position of the apartment was close to Coles, lots of cafes and the foreshore which we enjoyed walking along each morning. A great spot for a stay in Townsville”
