“We arrived around 9PM after booking the room 20 minutes beforehand. The room was not totally 100% made up. Some of the pillows actually looked like someone had their heads on them and there were some garbage on the floor in the bathroom and the bedroom and some of the hand towels were kind of haphazardly on the rack”
