“We had a fantastic stay at Oaks Resort! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the hot pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Queenstown, especially in the cold weather. “The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness.”

“Arrived at the Apartments and we got double booked, so they moved us to another Motel up the road which was a lot cheaper than I paid for. The Lake View was thus non-existent and there was no bath. I would not want to book with them again in fear that I would get bumped. They could of have at least offered me a partial credit.”

“When I booked last minute I didn't realise the studio booked was a backpackers, but the price was amazing. When I arrived, I was a little worried but shouldn't have been. The property is great and you have so much personal space. The shared kitchen was fabulous, perfectly clean and equipped to suit a 100 person restaurant. I never saw another resident. I would easily return. The English receptionist was so friendly and helpful.”
