The Space:
Escape to a luxurious retreat with our three spacious bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom for the ultimate in privacy and convenience. Throughout the property, you'll enjoy modern comforts that cater to your every need. Stay warm and cozy with the heat pump, bedroom heaters, and bathroom underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season.

The heart of the home is the fully functional modern kitchen and open-plan living area, perfect for social gatherings and quality time with loved ones. Step out onto the charming deck and savor a meal while taking in the stunning lake views - the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. For entertainment, we've got you covered with Freeview TV and Apple TV featuring a Netflix account.

When it's time to unwind, relax in our spa pool or take advantage of the shared laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer in the garage. Ample off-street parking adds to the convenience of your stay, making it easy to come and go as you please. With ultra-fast, unlimited Fibre internet at your fingertips, you'll always stay connected. Our property offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Master Bedroom: 1 Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Singles
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stay of 3 nights over Christmas and New Year
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Please be informed that a studio apartment is located on the left side of the house, separate from the main 3-bedroom residence. The only shared amenities are the garage, which includes parking and laundry facilities.

This property is advertised as "Entire House". This is not the case as there are two tenancies. Also we were only allowed access to a very small garage, not the double door garage as shown on the photos.
