    Le case per le vacanze alpine non vanno meglio di così! Aspen Spa Views ha l'ultimo mix di posizione, comfort e servizi. Riposato su un sito sopraelevato, questa casa contemporanea e straordinariamente realizzata offre viste panoramiche sulle montagne e sul lago che sono quasi troppo belle per essere vere. Per quanto riguarda lo stile, questa casa è mondi sopra, con un tocco alpino rifinito in modo lussuoso - incluso il ponte della spa!

    POSIZIONE:
    Prende il nome dalla sua posizione, Aspen Spa Views si trova nel sobborgo premium di Aspen Grove: vicino alla città, sulla linea di autobus / sci, prendendo il sole tutto l'anno, immergendosi in una vista davvero spettacolare.

    DETTAGLI DELL'ALLOGGIO:
    Situato su due piani e costruito sul fianco della montagna, l'Aspen Spa Views è il luogo in cui fascino e lusso si incontrano. Abbinatelo a due balconi che si estendono per tutta la lunghezza della casa e vetrate a tutta parete, ogni centimetro di questa casa è stato realizzato per sfruttare il panorama mozzafiato.

    CUCINA E SOGGIORNO
    Costruito per massimizzare la luce e le viste, la cucina e le zone giorno si fondono in una cucina gourmet scintillante con uno sfondo a muro di scisto, che conduce in eleganti e raffinati soggiorni e sale da pranzo. Il fiore all'occhiello della zona giorno è la grande vetrata scorrevole che si apre sullo splendido spazio all'aperto, il luogo perfetto per godersi il panorama.

    ALL'APERTO:
    Rilassati sul ponte inondato di sole, con mobili da giardino selezionati per il turista in mente, incorniciati da una vista ininterrotta sul lago e sulle montagne. Rilassatevi nella piscina termale mentre il fuoco esterno ruggisce in modo piacevole. Va davvero bene.

    GARAGE E EXTRA:
    Un doppio garage, completo di un armadio per gli sci, significa che tutto è sistemato - non ci sono bagagli e attrezzatura da sci in strada!

Amazing

We had a lovely time at this property, far enough from the city centre, but close enough to be very accessible. The views are just breathtaking. Hope to be returning to this property on our next visit. Things to be aware of (or suggestions to improve): 1. While the views from the bathrooms suggest total privacy, beware of taking advantage of them while bathing, as garden maintenance could stop by at any time. Sounds like other guests encountered this too. 2. The beds were made with plastic-y duvet protectors which rustled noisily with every movement, and were generally pretty uncomfortable to sleep under.

Aspen Spa views

The house was nice, per the advert. The kitchen facilities were poor, a mixture of glassware and no proper glassware, pots and pans very old and not much to cook with. The lack of kitchen setup made it hard to cook a meal. They have a drip coffee maker, just put a Nespresso machine in. The TV is old and there is no option to stream via Netflix or other. They have sky but why? They don’t subscribe to movies!!! The deck had not been swept for months, our first task was to sweep the leaves on the deck and to brush off the leave off the outdoor furniture. There are only 2 outdoor chairs, it is pointless having a 5 bedroom home with an outdoor fireplace with only 2 chairs outside to sit in, unless you wanted to sit at table chairs!!! The bedding is wrapped in plastic, yes plastic inside the duvet and the pillows. No one had a good sleep. The house itself is great and these are all minor changes that would create an outstanding experience.

Awesome location badly managed and dirty

Location is perfect, house is perfect, communication with the manager was not nice and friendly (I should not book it, but it’s not easy to find the right spot and I the end I thought the manger will be not there with us 🤣) The house was def not clean, the kitchen was on minimum filled with pans and pots etc... cheap things, no towels to use when you want go in the spa- only the bath towels small and not cosy and hei who want use the towel in the spa and after it for the shower?!?! So we bought new ones ($90) later Then not enough cleaning product for the spa - 1tsp per person after every use!! We had 5 tsp left in it for 4 days with 6 people!! So we used it only twice (I know we should not but we cleaned it only after the second use!!!!) The spa pool was on 38 degrees what is definitely to cold for a spa so it. Ended 24 hours to heat that up to a temperature you like to sit in and enjoying the view! It was never vacuumed under the couch and in corners! Awful I made pictures it was disgusting! We should be careful to use the heating system - that’s what they wrote you and let you n in ow everywhere but we arrived and the heating system was on 28 degrees!!!! So when you come in the house you could only open all windows and try to get fresh air in! (17 degrees outside) No adäquat knifes and cutting boards .. a stereo system who works only with an I-pod (nobody told us) No washing products in the bathroom only a soap, dirty glasses we washed all our glasses before we could use them - absolute disgusting! I have pictures from all of it So yeah we loved the location 15 minute walk to the town, awesome views, Don’t use the bedrooM under the spa pool - the whole night you are awake with the noises from the spa!!! Shame about that! But we made the best out of it, the house is def cleaner as ever before! Ah I forgot you can’t use the bins! The are chain locked!!!! So you must drive to the recycling depot for your rubbish! Awesome! So I think that’s enough I hope you make it better for other people’s stay! Easy to make it a unbelievable awesome house! For holiday people like us Thanks

Great stay at Aspen Spa Views

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspen Spa Views - the home is very comfortable and warm with amazing views across to the Remarkables. The location was fantastic for us - a five minute drive from downtown Queenstown, in a quiet suburban street. The home was spotlessly clean and in good shape. There were a couple of maintenance issues that we fed back to management but nothing that deterred from our stay. We requested extra towels for the spa pool and these were delivered promptly. The home comfortably catered for two families - seven adults in total. If you like to enjoy music bring your own portable speaker, the one provided is basically a radio. Highlights are the amazing uninterrupted views and the spa pool on the deck. A great, quiet, comfortable place to stay.

This property exceeded expectations in many aspects. The views are some of the best in the region and the deck is enormous. We were very comfortable and felt like it was an amazing value!

The views from every room (including the bathrooms!) are spectacular. The house was beautiful, perfectly stocked, and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our family of five adults.

Beautiful accommodation, great location and awesome views!

We were a blended family of 6 adults and 1 toddler and this place was perfect for our needs. It’s beautifully appointed and cleaned, comfortable beds and incredible views. It’s ideally placed 5 minutes drive out of town, but not really walkable (unless your an Olympian level athlete!) due to the hilly terrain. The management team were really proactive and friendly. Completely recommend this place!

Aspen Spa Views provides a perfect vantage point of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and Queenstown. Every room in the property boasts amazing views - even the bathrooms. We could easily have spent our time sitting on the deck, just relaxing and enjoying the truly spectacular scene right before our very eyes! However, there is much to do in Queenstown, and the property is conveniently located close to all the excitement. However, is still sufficiently far away to enjoy the calm and serenity of its position. It is a reasonably well equipped property with most things a family needs. The limited free daily wifi allocation (which didn't go very far) is our only negative comment and something to consider, as this does not align with the otherwise premium offering even motels have unlimited free wifi these days) and is an essential for international travelers. In summary, we would definitely recommend Aspen Spa Views to others, and we are keen to come back again one day. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (a family of 5) stayed at Aspen Views for 4 nights and we loved the location. It has great views and was in a quiet and secluded location away from the maddening crowds. Only 5 mins away by car from Queenstown or a leisurely 25 minute stroll down the hill and along the lakeside. The spa pool on the main deck was great and it was lovely to spend your time in there looking at the stunning vista across Lake Wakatipu and into Queenstown. The amentities were great and we had nearly everything we needed to have a great experience. The only downside we would mention was the uncomfortable couch in the lounge (which we have experienced in other rentals in the last year, couches need to be comfy guys!). Also the wifi wasn't working when we arrived and this did take the shine off our three teeenagers stay a bit. It was fixed as quick as possible by the maintenance people. The only other disappointment was that the tv in the main bedroom wasn't connected to Freeview and quite a few lightbulbs has blown in different rooms.
