Fantastic views and so comfortable

Easy to find, easy car parking and easy to access, as soon as we walked in we were greeted to a warm apartment. The views were stunning and the place had everything we needed for our stay from a well equipped kitchen, extra cosy blankets if needed and fab internet. Great instruction manual. Nice and quiet location with great access to the lake. We loved it here and would highly recommend.

Note that there are a few flights of stairs when bringing up luggages to the master bedroom/living room. Overall, place was clean and the replies from host were relatively fast. Would stay here if we are coming to Queenstown again.

This was definitely the best till last! What a great home, with lots of space to chill, take in the views and rest for an adventure into Queenstown! Great location for both Queenstown and the airport. Would highly recommend.

Stay Experience at Beechwood Apartment 08, Frankton Road, Queenstown

Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. It would be even better if the directions to the unit were clearer, perhaps with a simple map or graphic. The place is generally quiet with a lovely terrace view, but the ambiance and some facilities could use improvement. Lowering the rent might also make it more appealing to future guests.

Nice appartment 45 mn walk to Queestown by a beautiful trail along the lake and 20 mn walk by same trail to Franktown. Beautiful lake view and on montains. 2 parking space, good amenities and some food stuff not to starve on arrival.

We really loved this place. The owner had everything we needed to ensure we were comfortable in their home. If you are looking for a place to settle, relax and have all you need then this is the place for you. Great communication, clean and well resourced. A very thoughtful host. Fully recommend!

Great views from the balcony of the beautiful lake below. Handy car park and good location halfway between Queenstown CBD and Frankton. The steps inside kept our fitbits busy but pretty good layout over 3 levels. Good accommodation for one couple or a girls weekend away.

The place was magnificent. Lots of outdoor areas. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The heating worked well in the rooms. The view was its best feature! The host was accommodating and communicated promptly. We would definitely stay again:)

Definition of comfort

We had a great time staying at Beechwood Apartment 8 - it was cosy, clean, spacious, handly, quiet, best location, and the view to the lake and surrounding mountains are amazing. The apartment configuration is very nice, beds were very comfortable, new and plenty of linens supply. The kitchen is very well equipped with essentials, cleaning tools and even some spices. The lounge suit was very comfortable with large SLide door to the balcony and the view is amazing. We will definitely try to book it next time we down to QT.

Great Views

A great apartment with exceptional views. Lovely and warm with everything we needed. Beds very comfy. My Mother who came with us (84 yrs) managed all the stairs with ease. We even had sun out the back which was lovely but the views out the front are the best. Would use again if we return to Queenstown.

This property is in an excellent location with fabulous views, is modern and fully equipped and is the perfect base for a stay in Queenstown. Vicky and the team are a pleasure to deal with, the property has a very homely feel and is great value, would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Close enough to everything without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The apartment was well equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vicky was very obliging. Great for small families.
