Stylish Arrowtown Home-fabulous location + comfort

This new designer home is surrounded by breath-taking mountain views. It`s situated next to Feehly Hill scenic reserve.
A short walk to the main street of Arrowtown , and even closer to the world-renowned Millbrook Resort and Golf Course. You won`t be needing your car for a nice night out.
This spacious four-bedroom home is well equipped for larger families or a group of friends wanting to enjoy charming Arrowtown, local wineries, and everything else the region has to offer.

This spacious four-bedroom home is well equipped for larger families or a group of friends wanting to enjoy charming Arrowtown, along with the internationally-renowned golf courses, local wineries, easy trails and cycling routes and selection of amazing ski fields just to name a few.

The ample living, kitchen and dinning space are north-facing with fantastic sun hours in both Summer and Winter. Flowing to the outdoor entertainment areas.

The generous master bedroom has incredible mountain views, with beautiful decor and finishings. It has a large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

The second double bedroom has a queen bed, with built in wardrobes. The other two rooms have two single beds each with built in wardrobes. One of these twin rooms can be set a with a Californian king (please advise)
All rooms are spacious with elegant decor.

The main bathroom features a gorgeous designer bath, marble tiling, a separate shower, heated towel racks, and underfloor heating. And a separate toilet.

There is also a well-equipped laundry, and mudroom. This has a space for drying wet ski/outdoor gear.

This is a beautiful, fully equipped home. Extremely fresh, comfortable and well looked after in a new residential neighbourhood. Only a short walk to Main Street of Arrowtown or a 20-minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Queenstown.

This property will be solely for your use.
No shared areas.

This is situated in a new area of Arrowtown. A mix of residential and commercial.
1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside, and use the coasters provided.
4. Outdoor balconies must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.

Magnificent property. Very clean with top notch fittings and fixtures and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. Very well appointed kitchen with some basics available to assist during the stay. Easily walkable to Arrowtown, but in a lovely quiet new sub-division.

Great House

We were staying 4 nights on a golf trip but didn’t want to stay in Qtown. Arrowtown is a beautiful little ex Gold Mining town and so picturesque. The house is a short walk into town and has everything you need. It’s a great place and we will be back for sure!

Beautiful viewing house

This was the first time my family and I stayed in arrowtown in the winter. sitting in the hall we had a great view of snowy mountains. Thank you sarah for a memorable holiday for us!

A lovely Stay

We've got 5 people and stayed for 3 nights. Very good property condition, clean and tidy. Convinient location, 10mins walk to town center and 30mins drive to queenstown. Will definitely recommand.
