The space was exactly what we needed for 9 people. The 3 children had a great place to play in the living room.
I thought the limit of 2 trash bags was unreal with 3 children still In diapers. We paid the extra fee for trash disposal since we had no vehicle to get to the trash dump.
The house rule about not being on the deck at night after 8:00 was absurd. Evening is a great to sit outside with a class of wine to enjoy the view, but we did obey the rule.
The laundry facilities were well used. We left
Queenstown with only a few dirty clothes.
The house was clean when we arrived except for the dried hair found in the drain on the first floor shower. It was an easy problem to fix, but the cleaning crew should have taken care of that before we arrived. I took a photo and video to document the problem and sent it to the property management company for the house. I expected a reply apologizing for the not thorough cleaning of the bathroom, but got nothing. That was disappointing to me. Don’t know if they didn’t care or maybe this was a common practice. They already had their payment.
Overall, the house has a well equipped kitchen that we used. The house has one less towel, because we used one to catch a bird that was in the house. That was fun.
Nice place to stay.
