Day 1:
-The room was dirty, I came to my room and there were blood stains on the pillow and sheets and noticeable large stains on the carpet and inside the room
-My room was by the street and didn't have any soundproofing so I could hear cars going by at all hours so loud that I didn't sleep at all that night
-The bathroom window was stuck and couldn't close
I called reception and asked to move rooms around 3pm but they were fully booked and instead management came by and changed my bed linen, called maintenance for the window and gave me earplugs for the noise (I didn't end up sleeping at all that night)
Day 2:
-I went to reception and asked to move rooms again because I didn't sleep at all the night before, they told me there were no rooms but management would call me back in 30 minutes.
-After waiting over an hour in the room with no call I reached out to expedia to explore my options as I wanted to leave and didn't want another sleepless night. Expedia spoke to management and told me management refuses to refund me for this night but if I check out early enough will refund me for my last night.
Day 3
-Unhappy with the service, I checked out and was refunded for one night.
I hope management is more transparent in the future and stops trying to avoid customers who have concerns and ensures rooms are in proper condition when people check-in
