The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the lakeside RDL complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to lake and mountain view (obscured).

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with lake and mountain view (obscured).

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Walk in shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, induction cooktop (4 burners), dishwasher, microwave, fridge, espresso machine.

Balcony: Outdoor area with two white wooden beach chairs, fake plant pot and two plastic rugs.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds



Bed configuration:

Bedroom 1 – 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 2 – 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

La Residence Du Lac sits in a peaceful lakeside spot just above the Queenstown cycle and walking trail, with direct access to the lakeside path into Queenstown Gardens and the CBD. The Sherwood Hotel's restaurant and bar are just across the road.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External only - building level access to Level 1A

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (180 litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
