  • You can’t get a better location than this. Close to the lakefront and just a short walk or drive to the best of Queenstown, this modern apartment is perfect for your family’s Queenstown holiday.

    It’s located on the lakefront, just a minute’s walk away from the popular Frankton Track and brand new marina. The walking and biking track winds along the lake’s edges, connecting downtown Queenstown with the residential Frankton area. Bus stops are close by, there’s a water taxi stop and ample shared parking spaces at this quiet apartment complex.

    Just a short walk from the apartment is the historic Boatshed Café – a great place to to enjoy a snack, sip coffee and watch the boats. Grown-ups will love Altitude Brewing, also a two-minute walk from the apartment. As well as a fantastic range of locally brewed craft beers, you can order pizzas and snacks from local takeaway restaurants to be delivered to the bar. It's also walking distance to the locals' choice, Frankton Arm Tavern with Queenstown's most impressive Garden Bar of amazing views and all day sun!

    If you prefer to cook and eat at home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Communal BBQs are available on the lakefront.

Great property!

If you don’t have to go in to downtown Queenstown, this is a great place to stay. Close to the airport and easy to get out of the congested area of Queenstown. Apartment was as advertised and comfortable. Would stay again.

With views of the marina this apartment was fabulous. Easy to walk to local shops for coffee although we used the car for trips to town and shopping as a little far for elderly travellers.

Lovely stay at Lakefront

Our stay at Lakefront was generally lovely. The bathrooms could use a little maintenance and the shower in the master was challenging to get in and out of. However the view was great, it was warm and well set up, perfect for a little getaway.

Good location but average stay

The location is pretty handy, in the middle of town and Frankton and the view is nice from the house. It's easy to find and communication leading up to our stay was good. The house itself is spacious enough for a nice time away with friends or family however it just felt like things inside were rushed and not comfortable. The bedding was terrible, I could feel the springs which made for an uncomfortable sleep, the shower gel was blocked and near empty so I couldn't use it, there were food stains on the throws in the lounge, the walls in some of the rooms were dirty (one of the bathrooms especially), one of the toilets didn't flush properly. I feel like with some added love, this could really be a special place for a getaway but it did not feel like an overly relaxing / home style stay.

Great property, lovely host

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Vicky was a fantastic host, there was lovely touches like a free bottle of wine, books and toys for kids, free wifi etc. The apartment is fabulous and it's a great location just 0 mind from queenstown. Highly recommend

Clean, modern, spacious apartment in great location

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with modern design features and fittings. Excellent en suite bathrooms to both bedrooms. Very comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Nice location beside lake, a few minutes drive from Queenstown centre. Very peaceful with direct access to the lakeside cycle/walking trail. Easy check-in and parking, though you have to carry bags up steps to get from the parking to the accommodation level. This has been an excellent stay for us - would definitely stay again.
