If you are not up for the steep walk back, catch a cheap local taxi and be home in a couple of minutes without breaking a sweat! **If you require children's items such as baby travel cot, bath, toys and high chair please let us know upon booking and we will ensure they are at the property on arrival. A condition of use it to please ensure items are clean and safe for other children to use before returning to their original spot. **Our Bespoke Cancellation Policy** We offer a full refund for Covid related disruptions to travel. Proof of disruption aligning with booked dates needs to be provided. We also offer full refund up to 30 days prior to your stay. You will have exclusive access to the entire 3 level, 2 bedroom apartment, balcony, internally accessed garage where you can store your sporting equipment, 1 carspace in front of the apartment. Access is via lock box Our aim is to provide everything you’ll need for a perfect holiday and if there’s anything else you need or if you need tips or advice contact by phone or email and we will be happy to talk about what you would like to do during your time here. Located 350 Metres above Queenstown, where you will find some of the best views within walking distance to Queenstown's vibrant town centre. The apartment is located on a steep hill. It is a quick downhill walk to the city and a steep walk back. During the winter months the street can very occasionally get icy. I recommend a 4 wheel drive for any Queenstown location in winter and snow chains just in case the weather turns on a winter weather show with a rare but always magical snow storm. 2 wheel drive car access is possible most of the year but may be affected during the occasional winter storm or the rare occasion where the driveway and roads become icy. (Roads and driveway are clear of ice and snow 95-99% of the year) The apartment is located on a steep hill 350 metres above the city centre. It is a quick downhill walk to the city and a VERY steep walk back. (Queenstown is located in the mountains) Uber provide a very cheep alternative to walking up the hill on your return the the apartment if you're feeling a little less energetic. The one carpark is in front of apartment and is not suited to oversized vehicles or campervans. During the winter months the street can very occasionally get icy. We highly recommend a 4 wheel drive in winter. 2 wheel drive car access may be affected in occasional winter storms or freezing cold snaps. (very rare) **It is a quick walk down to town and a very steep walk up to unit from town. If you are not the active type I would recommend taking a taxi home. **The balcony is shared with neighbours. There is a barrier to separate spaces so the neighbours will not have access to this apartments area of balcony.
