Stay comfortably in this newly renovated apartment in Queenstown, perfectly positioned just a 10-minute walk to town.
Bedrooms: 2 Two queen bedrooms with hotel spec bedding and linen. All on the same floor.
Bathrooms: 1 One bathroom perfectly located in between two bedrooms. Stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper.
Kitchen and living area: Open-plan living and dining space filled with natural light. The lounge features a large wall-mounted TV and opens out to a small patio area. The kitchenette is suitable for light cooking (no oven) and includes essentials to prepare simple meals.
Parking: One off-street car park within the apartment complex. Please note parking is shared within the complex environment, there is always one space available for your vehicle but it is not designated. Note, there are some steps up from the carparking.
Laundry: Shared paid laundry facilities are available on-site for guest use. Note this is not inside the apartment & is open between 8am- 8pm. Guest must pay $8 per wash/dry.

• The kitchen does not have an oven • Laundry facilities are not inside the apartment itself. It is in a shared space within the apartment complex. Laundry is available between 8am-8pm daily. A wash/dry is $8 each. Laundry powder is provided. You must go to reception to gain access. • Car parking is not designated but a space will always be available • There are some steps up from the carparking which may not be suitable for all guests.
Cancellations & damage deposits: 3% of your booking fee is non refundable due to bank charges out of our control. A pre authorized charge of $250 NZD will be placed on your card 2 days before check out - this is a security deposit & will be refunded automatically if no damages occur.

If any damage occurs, keys are lost, noise complaints arise or an unnecessary callout is required due to guest actions, we reserve the right to charge $60/hr for management time. 👉 Please note: Callouts required after 5:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will incur a higher fee of $120 p/h for management time.
👥 Guest Numbers & Age Requirement The lead guest must be 25 years or older (ID may be requested) and present during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not meet the above requirements. The total number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation.

🔇 Noise To respect our neighbours, we ask for quiet time between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Noise complaints may incur a minimum $100 NZD fee.

🧹 During Your Stay We appreciate guests leaving the property as they found it: - Please do not rearrange furniture or remove items. - Place rubbish in the appropriate bins. - Place any dishes in the dishwasher and remove unwanted food. - Leave keys in the lockbox upon departure. - All linen is professionally hired, any missing or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.
