The Space

A two-bedroom apartment set over multiple levels, in the Villa Del Lago complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to Lake Wakatipu & Mountains.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, including a master with ensuite.

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms in this property: Main bathroom has a walk in shower; Ensuite has a walk in shower and a separate bath.

Living areas: Open-plan living with balcony access

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, alba gas cooktop, alba oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave.

Balcony: Two Balconies. One comes off the living area, the other balcony is from the two bedrooms downstairs.

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above the Queenstown Trail.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: internal and external: External stairs at entry (5 steps); internal stairs to second level (14 steps)

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
