“I was traveling in Texas to go to my uncle's memorial and my aunt made my mom reservations at the same hotel I was staying at. “The hotel needs to be remodeled. The pool was down. The carpet smells. There is a mildew smell. Staff were never at the front desk. There was only one hotel cart. Only one elevator that barely fits the cart. They also advertised a hot tub that did not exist. Also, I was told they had cribs or playpens, and they have not had any for over 4 years.”
