A dream that after 2 years has become a reality, we have taken care of every detail to be able to offer you the best space possible for you and your companions to enjoy their stay.
We have conditioned the common areas with 2 assigned parking spaces, swimming pool, gym, cowork area, barbecue and fire pit, as well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city.
Nearby accounts with restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and convenience stores.
The space
Hermoso departamento located on the 4 floor with elevator at the door of the apartment, counts with luxurious finishes, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 parking drawers.
In the main bedroom you have Smart TV, King size bed, walk in closet and full bathroom inside the room.
In the secondary bedroom you have 2 single beds, a desk with a work chair and a full bathroom in the hallway.
In the living room you have Smart TV and double sofa bed.
Dining room for six, breakfast bar and an equipped kitchen.
In the laundry area you have a washing machine and dryer.
Also you have in common areas with: Jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, cowork, bathrooms, barbecue and fire pit.

It'll be a pleasure to assist you. All messages are sent on airbnb, but we're also available by call or message if required.
Access is self-contained and on the day of your arrival we share the access instructions.
In the building we have 8 other apartments all with the same distribution.
There may be air currents that turn off the heater, it is easy to turn on and we will gladly help them.
