Totally refurbished 1970"s themed vacation home with all the up to date conveniences you love, located in rural upstate New York.. Enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. This farm country getaway sits near the Finger lakes wine trail, 45 minutes from Hiking trails such as Watkins Glen Park and Stoney Brook Park and the Finger Lakes Trail. We are located 1 mile from 2000 acres of NYS public lands with an abundance of wildlife, hunting and fishing ponds. Our home has what you are looking for to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

I really loved this property, and the host was wonderful and accommodating. We were very comfortable and we loved sitting outside in the quiet. Out of the way, but that was what we were looking for. It was a beautiful trailer, well kept and very clean. It was cozy and we loved the 70's feel and even the records, and we played more than one. The only issue I had was the water. It is NOT DRINKABLE. There was no warning in the listing or in the trailer. We couldn't shower either. It left us feeling icky. Even our sterling silver rings changed colors when we did the dishes. BRING WATER FOR EVERYTHING. I wouldn't use it for cooking, or coffee, or even washing your hands or face. It smells like sulfur, and feels, I don't know, slimy maybe. I would recommend the stay as long as you're prepared for that. Everything else was awesome.

Great stay…confusing listing

The property is fantastic! The listing is a bit confusing. It’s really a one bedroom with 2 pullouts. It sleeps 5 at best. The cleanliness is absolutely a 5 star. I stayed with 2 friends. The listing should be a bit more specific. It would be very uncomfortable to have more than 5 people. One couple and two singles is more appropriate. That said, for what we did it was perfect! It is a very quaint and hospitable property! I would recommend for 3-5 adults. Make sure to use the GPS of the address. Don’t rely on the VRBO directions.
