“The hotel smelled and the room was dirty. The breakfast was a joke. Won’t stay there again.”

“Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, the hallway smelt nice. Even tho the pool is in the middle of the hotel, it doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was okay, sausage was burnt on one side and eggs were watery but I have had worse at other places. Overall the hotel was great, super clean and very quiet.”

“Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. ”

“Es un hotel con cuartos muy pequeños, baños deteriorados y estrechos; la bañera se inundaba y la ducha hacía ruido. El desayuno no es de muy buena calidad. El personal de la cocina no es muy amable. Solo me quedé una noche, pero no volvería a quedarme.”
