“Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. “Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply.
Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy.
Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable.
Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.”
