Beautiful bungalow by the water

Welcoming you to my beautiful cozy home, a perfect place for a little getaway. Located in Quinte West, 10 minutes off the Highway 401. 40 minutes drive from Sandbanks beach and Provincial Park, 20 minutes from Wellington beach and 25 minutes away from Presqu’ile Provincial Park. Also home to local golf courses, art galleries, restaurants, breweries, wineries and the new Shorelines Casino. Guest can enjoy their time at Trent Port Marina; Fishing, Kayaking and Boating. Perfect for singles, couples and families. It’s a perfect place to call it home away from home.

Opened April 1, 1984 on the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the RCAF, it is home to a large collection of RCAF aircraft and artifacts. The host was great at communicating and sent us simple instructions for check in and check out. Well equipped for our family of 7 and 2 babies. The games room in the basement was a hit with everyone. Lots of space for us all!

Great place for a bachelor party weekend if golfing. 25 minutes to Black Bear, Trillium, and Timber Ridge. Almost right next door to Bay of Quinte!

This is a really nice property, kept very clean, with all the amenities you might need. We had a great stay with our 1 year old son. There’s lots of fun stuff to do in the basement and a nice park nearby. There was no sauna while we were there though and the backyard is not fenced in.

Enjoyed our stay

This house was 5 stars all the way. Very spacious with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Would stay again. Only issue we had was with confusing information around Wi-Fi both network and PW. Also some difference on check out around what to do with towels …in house instructions vs VRBO instructions,

Great stay!!

We were hosted at this wonderful VRBO property. The rooms were excellent. The appliances were great. The amenities were excellent. Best part was proximity to all Prince Edward County had to offer and the Canadian Military Air Museum.

Outstanding

This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance!

Spacious, good location and cozy house

Great location near all services and 40 minutes from Sandbanks. Very neat and spacious house with all entertainments. I would suggest maybe sharper knives in the kitchen, drawers in the rooms and more hooks or racks to hang all the towels. Besides that, we really enjoyed the games, Netflix and the garage. The little mattresses were just perfect for the kids. Very useful to have access to 3 bathrooms and 2 baths for the number of kids we had. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We loved the place. Thanks again.

Perfect for Alumni Reunion #45

Five retired buddies got together to eat, talk, walk, repeat. This property was just what we needed. The house was new-ish, and clean as a whistle. The neighbourhood was quiet residential - perfect. Renters with children would find a fine playground/climbing structure at the top of the street. The house was simple, sufficiently large for our purposes. It is not lavishly large ... but efficient. The sectional provided easy seating for 3 large guys, and dining room chairs completed the conversational circle. We had all the things we needed to cook including a gas stove. The BBQ was ready to go with propane and worked well, even though it was snowing hard and not BBQ season. The host replied within minutes of every inquiry we made, both before and during our stay and was very helpful - bravo and thanks! Foosball, snooker (apartment sized table) darts were enjoyed. Several TVs were available, though we had no need to watch. We didn't have time for the Jenga or board games or exercise bike. Medium size bath towels were provided for three full bathrooms/showers. The tiled ensuite to the master bedroom was spacious and well appointed. Other bathrooms had basic modern facilities with tub/shower or shower stall. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and pristine clean. Having 5 separate bedrooms provided great sound separation and privacy. Check in and Check out were simple, smooth, and seamless. The information provided was accurate clear and efficient.

Successful Bachelorette Weekend!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The property manager was alway quick to respond, plus had a fun display of games and activities for larger groups. The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow and the home itself was clean and absolutely stunning, just like the photos. I would highly recommend this property for groups around 10 people. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
