69 Summer Breeze - What a Nightmare
1. The entry keypad was unreliable and non-operational most of the time. It only worked sporadically to gain entry and lock the home upon exit, creating both an inconvenience and a safety concern for myself and my guests.2. The pool table at the property was unusable, as it was not leveled. The balls would constantly sink to one side of the table. In addition, the table was very small, like a kids' size one.This rendered one of the key advertised amenities completely inoperable, blatant false advertisement. 3. The listing advertised a BBQ, yet there was no propane tank available. While refilling a tank can reasonably be the guest's responsibility, having no tank at all is misleading and made the BBQ unusable during our stay.4. The backyard sliding door lock was broken and non-operational upon our arrival. Despite this being a pre-existing issue, the host has attempted to place blame on us for the damage. This accusation is completely unfounded, as the lock was already faulty when we checked in — a situation that further added to our concerns around property security.5. One of the guest bedrooms had a broken bed, as it fell apart on one of the guests and made for an extremely uncomfortable sleep. 6. The basement railing was loose and not screwed in properly. It gave way when one of the guests went down the stairs, causing him to fall and hurt himself, causing injuries to his back, kidneys, and wrist.
