La Lake House è una vera casa di tronchi! La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie di base, forno a microonde, pentola di coccio, frullatore, piatti e pentole. Il frigorifero ha un ice maker e vassoi di ghiaccio. Gamma di gas con 2 bruciatori e un piano cottura Jenn Air. È anche una stufa separata integrata.

• Il soggiorno ha una vista completa sul lago, TV a schermo piatto da 54 "/ lettore DVD, fornito di film a bizzeffe e ampio camino elettrico sotto la TV. Poltrone divano e divanetto.

• Family Room nel seminterrato dispone di TV, divani, ping pong, air hockey e biliardino.

• Bagno completo situato al piano principale al largo della cucina, dotato di una vasca idromassaggio (senza doccia in questo momento)

• Tutta la lunghezza del portico posteriore della casa, vista favolosa di Greers Ferry, mobili da giardino e griglia a carbone, 10 sedie e tavolo da pranzo. Rope light e bug zapper.

• Il lago è accessibile scendendo da una serie di scale dalla veranda sul retro.

IL SEMINTERRATO - SOTTO L'AGGIORNAMENTO DELLA COSTRUZIONE 2017 Il seminterrato è in costruzione e non è bello come il piano di sopra. Il seminterrato è stato in affitto dall'estate del 2016 ed è molto fruibile. Non abbiamo avuto lamentele sul progetto incompiuto. (Anche gli affittuari di ritorno) C'è un travetto a soffitto esposto, isolamento e parete ancora in fase di completamento. Le foto sono aggiornate sul sito. Si prega di non inviare e-mail chiedendo seminterrato, questa è la descrizione di oggi) Il rivestimento del pavimento non è stato installato in questo momento (cemento liscio). Questa zona è Family Room / Game Room. Questo sarà in grado di gestire un alloggio più divertente e duraturo rispetto al piano di sopra! Suggerimento Suggerimento come bloccare i bambini laggiù per impazzire mentre si gode la vista sul portico al piano di sopra. Ci saranno porte francesi aggiunte dopo (dopo l'estate 2018) per guardare oltre il lago anche dalle scale. Non ci sono porte esterne in questo momento e una stanza ha una piccola finestra. Questo seminterrato è molto utilizzabile, non ci sono catture qui, solo FYI. (1400 morbido)

This was just the right family gathering place. Three generations, using a birthday as a context for a family get-together. Plenty of room with a private beach access for paddlers, roomy great room, plenty of bedrooms.

Our large extended family stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for large groups. We absolutely loved the back porch and all the rocking chairs. We were able to catch small fish right on the edge of the lake. We also enjoyed the paddleboats and kayaks available to rent at the house. We swam in the lake everyday. The house was very private and we felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves at times. The three hammocks were a pleasant surprise and became a favorite relaxing place. We did have an issue with the refridgerator, but Andrew was very responsive to our phone calls and texts and fixed the problem immediately. Our family has already talked about a return trip next summer.

A little piece if heaven

This place is absolutely amazing and what we all needed ! Even though it rained the entire time we enjoyed it just as well with card games and movies. This place is so peaceful !!! Nice nice cabin !!!

Great place to get away with all the comforts of home!

The lake house was absolutely wonderful! The property and lake were beautiful. It is quiet and away from everything. We were four adults and 7 teens (16-18yrs) that were there for a church youth retreat. The property met all our needs for quiet reflection as well as fun entertainment. The owner was wonderful with communication and was a fantastic host. Book now and enjoy a very relaxing getaway in a well equipped home.

Family Christmas Vacation

My family likes to do a Christmas vacation every year. There are eleven of us, the youngest is fifteen. We love being together, playing games, watching movies, and eating! This cabin was great for our purposes. My son-in-law did a little fishing even though the weather was cold. The cabin has a fantastic view of the lake. It's easy to get to but very secluded and private. There was plenty of parking, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. Vwe had a fantastic time.

Great lake property

A total of 7 adults stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. Everything was as described in previous reviews. There was enough space for everyone and the master on the main floor was great for my elderly inlaws. There are a lot of stairs for everyone else. The downstairs was great and had a gameroom and 2 other bedrooms and a full bath. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games. The stairs leading to the downstairs area are steep so my inlaws did not come down even though there is a sturdy banister. The adult upstairs loft has a half bath which was greatly appreciated. The kids loft does not have a bathroom and it directly faces the adult loft so there is not really any privacy. We appreciated the installed safety gates at all of the stairs entryways just as a safety precaution. We cooked all of our meals and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and left over spices. They provided toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, so bring whatever you need with you. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The view and water access to this property is worth every cent. The path down to the water is a little bit of uneven terrain for folks that have balance challenges but it is definitely manageable. Overall, a great stay. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The view was really incredible. We fished off of the bank and in the kayaks and had a great time overall. Thanks!

Lakeside Get-a-way

This is a great location right on the water and very private. It hosted 19 of my family members, providing many entertainment options for the 11 kids. I highly recommend it for larger groups!

Family at the lake

Large cabin, family gathering with jet skis, boats and a dog. Back porch rocking was beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of room and was beyond our expectations!

Lake house review

Overall the house was spacious, beautiful property. I did not agree with the strict checkout policy (cleaning before you leave basically & also having to pay a non refundable cleaning fee & the additional boat There should be more accessible kitchen hand towels. I also recommend bringing your own paper towel, and trash bags.
