“Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter.”

“This hotel is an absolute dump. Cochroach filled rooms / rooms outdated and smell horrible. Manager is refusing to refund me for my stay and didn’t seem surprised when we showed them the photos and checked out early. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!!!”

“Room has an awful odor coming from once side of bedroom floor. There was accumulated dirt and grime around fridge. It was chosen for convenience not for price or cleansiness. No free breakfast and very expensive. Front desk staff were good”

“Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors.”

“We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated.
