Hotel a Raemon

“It’s one of the places where you can’t judge a book by its cover. When we arrived we were prepared to immediately go pay for a different hotel, but we gave it a chance. The room was clean and functional. Comfortable even. There was no shortage of hot water. The hotel was overall better than our stay in a more expensive place the night prior.”

“Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!”

“Recent new owners are upgrading rooms: excellent bed, good bedding and towels; plan to upgrade furniture. breakfast was good.”

“Hardly any food at continental breakfast, ice machine didn’t work although employee took me accross the street”

“This place is absolutely horrible. There were no light switch covers. We had to fight to get out the door because it didn’t want to unlock. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub. The lamp had cobwebs. If I could give it a -10 I would. Don’t waste your money!”

“Everything was excellent. Staff and management was very helpful in getting us a room when there was nothing left. When a cancelation came up they called us personally to let us know a room was available. Now that is service at its best.”

“This is one of the best values for money on I-95! Big fridge, clean room, a little dated - but everything functions well. Only minor issue is parking - anything bigger than 16' is going to have trouble parking.”

“This was very close to our destination in Lumberton, so it was selected based on convenience. Breakfast was good.”

“They were renovating , they turned the water off certain times of day and sometimes there was not hot water. They did not alert the customers what time the water would be off so when I went to wash my hands , take a shower , or use the bathroom I was not aware.I needed a lightbulb the main light in the room hall , but they said they doubt maintenance will be able to change the lightbulb because they were too busy with everything else . There was no clock in the room and I had to ask for clean...

“They have cleaned rooms and friendly staff. But no abailable water to drink, they only selling sodas.”

“The room was clean. Staff initially not friendly our room was available and asked to check in early wanted to charge 15. Extra then we said we would wait he called us back and let us for free”

“The refrigerator didn’t work and they didn’t give me another one. I had no way to keep anything cold or froze.”

“Booked this room online with Expedia . We walked into the room and the there was dead roaches on the floor. Pulled sheets back and there was urine and what looked like blood stains all over the mattress and pad and sheets for that matter. Globs of hair in the drain of the shower and smelled like someone died inside the room. Definitely don’t waste your money”

“A bit run down but the rooms were nice and clean. We also really enjoyed the pool. The ice machine was broken though”

“The hotel needs a lot of repairs. Looks like they are trying some renovations but they are not good quality. I would not book this hotel again.”
