Questa proprietà ha davvero il fattore wow. Nel momento in cui vieni attraverso l'ingresso al piano aperto vivendo sarete impressionati dalle viste impressionanti.

C-Scape villa è una casa perfettamente presentata che vanta aree soggiorno open space. Camera da letto principale ha una vista eccezionale per svegliarsi dal tuo letto con accesso sul ponte (gustare la colazione mattutina all'aperto), ampio bagno con doccia, wc e bidet con full-size cabina armadio. Due camere matrimoniali complete di armadi, comodini e lampade da lettura.

Unità di riscaldamento / aria condizionata installata e riscaldatori a colonna di olio in 3 delle camere da letto durante i mesi invernali con finestre con doppi vetri. Abbiamo un ventilatore a soffitto situato nella zona giorno principale nel periodo estivo.

Wifi gratis.

La proprietà si trova a 6 km dalla cittadina di Raglan, a 3 km da una delle migliori soste di surf di Raglan; Manu Bay o 2. 5 km a Whale Bay / Indicatori di surf break. Manu Bay consente un facile avvio della barca (maree).

Situato verso la fine della tranquilla strada senza uscita con parcheggio fuori strada se più di 1 veicolo.

Questa casa si trova su due livelli. Gli ospiti hanno l'uso completo di livello superiore mentre al piano terra si compone di un'altra villa (completamente separata) che è attualmente affittata, tuttavia non lasciatevi scoraggiare in quanto entrambe le abitazioni sono completamente private.

Dall'altra parte della strada è possibile accedere alla pista per la Bryant Memorial Scenic Reserve, fare una passeggiata fino al belvedere (5 minuti) o ammirare la spiaggia di Ngaruanui (15 minuti) - assolutamente da non perdere mentre si soggiorna a Raglan!

Was a great location, clean and tidy however the property felt tired. for example there were no tap handles on the bath so couldn't use it and some of the usual crockery was missing, cupboard doors not closing properly Other than that it was a great place and would go back

What a stunning property! Although we were pre-warned about the driveway, it was an interesting challenge. From entering the front door, exploring the rooms, decks etc we were on holiday. There was a sense of disappointment that there were no taps for the bath because the view from the bath is spectacular. The beds are so comfortable, quality, clean linen, enough tea,coffee etc for the weekend. But overall - the view, the peace and the tranquility are the memories that will remain.

We were there for a family wedding at SolScape so the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the property, our only gripe was one of the duvet covers did not seem to have been dried in a timely way after washing and had a strange smell. But otherwise it was 5 star, with a view that never disappointed, morning day or night. Will try to book again in the future.

Communication was excellent. Very clear check in instructions. First impression was being totally blown away with the view. Lovely spacious lounge kitchen and dining especially as my children are teenagers. It was a short drive from town. A lovely track across the road to go to beach. This property was great for our family and I came home relaxed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of nz. It reminds you what a special country we live in.

This was the third time we’ve stayed at this property and love it due to the location, deck for outdoor BBQs and quick access to the beach. The downstairs neighbours are very friendly too.

The views from this house are absolutely phenomenal. It is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We are looking forward to our return. Loved being able to walk across the road and into the track down to the beach.

The view was truly breathtaking and spaces were clean and felt very spacious. The occupants in the 2 bedrooms closest to the front could not sleep because of water pump or pump going all night. They ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Is there a leak (hence pump going on all night)? Otherwise the bach was amazing! Thank you.

We loved the view that this property has to offer, it is stunning. Three great bedrooms (family of 5) and two bathrooms fit us well too. The location was great, we had a rental car, so it’s a quick and beautiful drive to town. Bring some beach towels if you come, and don’t miss out on the opportunity for some sunset cocktails on the deck! We enjoyed the groups of surfers and the sound of crashing waves. One thing that we weren’t expecting was the incredible night sky! We could actually see the light of the Milky Way without using a telescope. We aimed our dslr camera up and took some amazing nighttime shots of the stars! Incredible!! You’ll enjoy your time here, be sure to hit the beach and watch some of the great local surfers in action!
