  • This waterfront property is filled with elegance & sophistication. Fitted with beautiful, design-led furnishings, with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, this is the house for guests that enjoy their own personal space. Perfectly located for Raglan`s cafes, restaurants, boutique shops & inner harbour. Park your car, relax and enjoy the slow pace of Raglan right on your doorstep.

    With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split over 2 levels, all guests will enjoy their own private space. Upstairs you will find the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with a large balcony overlooking the inner harbour.

    The living room is set around a gas fire, with beautiful, comfortable sofa and furnishings and double height ceilings. Stunning artwork adorn the walls including a one-off carved surfboard by local artist Jess Santorik.

    The large indoor dining table comfortably sits 6, or you can dine al fresco on the solid concrete outdoor dining table and take in the sunset over the harbour.

    Or enjoy the evening lounging in the outdoor swing chair, watching the sun as it hides behind Mount Karioi with your favourite gin in hand.

    The stylishly designed brand new kitchen is complete with scullery, gas hob, oven, dish drawer, microwave, large fridge and nespresso machine for your morning coffee fix. Everything you need to cook up a feast and share with friends.

    Also upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master with a King bed and ensuite shower room. Plus a second bedroom with two single beds and use of the main bathroom next door with shower over bath.

    Downstairs is a large carpeted double garage. This can be utilised for parking 2 vehicles or storing additional sporting equipment such as a Jet ski, Kayak or bikes.

    Off the garage (walk through the garage to access this room) is an expansive third bedroom with a Superking bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room also has a large sliding door opening to a private covered deck and outdoor area.

    The bedrooms are all furnished with brand new high quality mattresses, and pure linen duvet sets.

    For extra comfort and luxury the townhouse has a centralised air conditioning and heating system. This can be controlled centrally and set for each bedroom for the perfect sleeping temperature summer or winter. Plus there is a gas fire in the living room for those cooler winter evenings.

    You will have access to the entire townhouse and associated outdoor areas.

    Please note that this house is part of a townhouse complex, so neighbouring properties will also use the sealed driveway areas and one wall of the house is adjoining to the neighbouring property.

    There is parking available for 2 cars in the double garage, plus extra free parking on Stewart Street.

    Harbourview Haven is in the prime location in Raglan. Park the car and you will be able to access all of Raglan’s quintessential vibe by foot. Stroll out for your morning coffee and brunch at the local cafes, stock up on some freshly baked sourdough, browse the artisan shops, walk up the road for the Sunday morning Arts Market (first Sunday of every month) or Friday afternoon Growers Market opposite the property. And across the road will get you to the iconic Raglan footbridge and Papahua Domain where you can swim in the harbour, eat fish n chips or hire a paddle board or kayak and paddle in the harbour.

    For the active visitor there is a yoga and pilates studio 2 minutes from the townhouse. Plus the option to take a surf lesson, horseback riding at Ruapuke beach, hire a kayak or stand-up paddle board to explore the harbour, mountain biking in the Raglan Mountain bike tracks or head for a tramp up Mt Karioi.

    Raglan has something for everyone. And this home is ideally located to explore the local area.

    Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays.

    Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing.

    The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities.

    Do as much or as little as you want – the choice is yours. Raglan is a fantastic holiday destination any time of year.

    There is space for 2 cars to park in the garage. There is also of free parking on Stewart Street around the entrance to the townhouse for extra vehicles.

    All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.

    Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.

    For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

    All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

    Conveniently located on Wainui Road which is just a hop, skip and jump into the main street, but this may come with some road noise. The windows are double glazed and upstairs bedrooms positioned at the back of the property to minimise road noise, however if you are a light or sensitive sleeper, this should be something to consider.

    We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.

    Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).

    Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.

    Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.

    For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a $20 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge.

    No smoking inside, outdoors only with the removal of butts.

    No more than the number of guests booked to a maximum of 6. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked.

    Residential area, no parties or excessive noise. Noise curfew from 10pm to 9am.

    Our cancellation policy offers a full refund up to 5 days before arrival. After that you receive 50% of the booking plus cleaning fee, less the first night.

    Please note there is a motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage and data can be reviewed.
