“L'hotel è comodo per visitare la diga, le stanze sono grandi ma con arredamento vecchiotto, le parti comuni invece sono belle. La valutazione pessima è anche per la maleducazione della persona alla reception con cui ho effettuato il check out (Allex), sembrava cercasse il litigio, consiglio vivamente alla direzione di affidarle compiti diversi dalle relazioni con il pubblico. Incredibile come una persona possa rovinare così del tutto l'immagine di un'hotel. ”

“Breakfast is good. Parking is an issue if you come after midnight but is good and also it’s not included in your stay it’s self parking so they shouldn’t charge since we already pay for the stay. ”

“One star reduction for property condition only because some aspects could use a refresh and the manager did mention that is what is planned. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and plenty of room. Had a great stay.”

“There is plenty to do at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Rooms are very quiet with good soundproofing (walls appear to be concrete vs wood). There was a safe in my room despite no mention of it on the website. Downsides: no microwave, no coffee items, and had to pay extra to have frig delivered and set up. Pool area is very nice. There are two concert stages in the pool area. On my last night they were setting up for a concert and the sound tests could be heard/felt up to the 20th floor...

The only complimentary amenities were the pool, breakfast and fitness room everything else you have to pay. there are discounts with your stay but the discount is basically replaced with gratuity with every available service, didnt really affect my stay but other guests were audibly disappointed/disgruntled at almost every "amenity" we visited/used. we ended up at the lakefront at the hilton for most...
