“We had such a wonderful stay at Grand Smokies Resort Lodge! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. One of our favorite parts was definitely the indoor pool — it was perfect for relaxing and family fun. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything made our trip feel easy and enjoyable. We had no issues during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!”

“Liked that it was not in the heart of PF per se and was on the Northside, a bit less busy. Suggest that likely all rooms need to be bombed for bugs; idk even what I was killing throughout a two night stay. Key drop was convenient for an early departure. Staff upon check in was friendly and talkative. ”

“No me gustó las cortinas eran sucisias , y no me cambiaron las toallas, la puerta del baño estaba terrible en mala condición no cerraba , y olía mal la habitación , pensé que entrarían a limpiar el segundo día para que mejorara su aspecto, la máquina de sodas de mi piso estaba vacía y yo quería conseguir alguna bebidas”
