“Nice room. Good location. Check in staff was amazing. I needed to request late check out the next day because I became ill. I was told hotel was 100% booked and this wasn’t possible unless I paid a holdover charge. Late check out was noon. Holdover charged checkout was 2pm. So I had to pay to be able to burn a few hours prior to checking into the next hotel. I was quite ill; I paid but it seemed petty and unkind.”

“Beds were hard , cheaply made blankets. The room was subpar per price of room. My fridge was not working, no free breakfast. The lazy river was small, and children were jumping and swimming in their without float , kicking people , swimming the wrong way of the current.. per price it wa not a good experience.”

“Our family enjoyed the pool area, ping pong and foosball. All great options for the really hot summer afternoons when we needed a budget friendly way to recharge. Breakfast was okay but certainly left room for improvements, everything was cold and not much variety. The bathroom in our room was very nice, everything was clean and we had a peaceful view of the river from our balcony. Would definitely stay again if the price was a little less. “All members of the staff that were working while we were staying were wonderful. Breakfast had a lot of selections, Trudy, was always keeping items fresh. Housekeeping kept our room clean and with fresh towels. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied with the location and the room. The indoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub were poorly maintained with green algae in the hot tub so bad that the water was very green so I did not get in it. The pool had a chemical issue causing it to be extremely cloudy to the point that I could not see the bottom in the 3 foot area.
