“The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. Thank you Ingenia. See you again. ”

“Location was lovely, nice walks along the river. ( Spotted a Grey Nurse shark). Enjoyed a meal at the bowls club nearby with discount from the motel. Drove to Port Macquarie and had a lovely time there. Went to the Koala rescue centre too. Room on the small side, had to live out of suitcase due to tiny wardrobe etc. Although there was a microwave, fridge & kettle it was all a tight fit. Try for a larger room. Pleasant staff.”

“Walk to lake, shops and club. Really clean and has a great BBQ area. Beware if booking with Expedia as the price quoted is not the price charged. Expedia shows the price in another countries currency but does not advise you if this, so when they charge you they convert to Australian dollars and the price increased by $226.00”

“The caravan park is in a gorgeous position with unbeatable scenic views over the water and mountains and is tranquil and well run. The very old cottage we hired is adequate but showing its age quite badly. and could do with a refresh. Although it comes with kitchen provisions eg plates saucepans etc they are fairly sparse particularly since the cottage sleeps up to 7. Fridge is large however and quite new. The fully enclosed little area at back is a bonus if you have a dog. Tv works well,...

“The staff were friendly while maintaining a professional manner. The studio was a bit smaller than expected but was suitable for 2 adults.”

“Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.”
