Hotel vicino a Raj Bhavan - Chennai

“Very rude staff. I want to highlight an incident. The sensors at the entrance gate is ideally supposed to be automated and sensor should be working. As my mother (aged 75+ yrs) were walking from the entrance towards the lobby, the sensor failed working and the entire glass door dashed against my mother's shoulder and she well on her back. When i reviewed this myself by standing close to the door (2 inch approx) to my surprise the door the sensors again did not work and the door closed on me...

“ a pleasant stay here, but the Westin at Velachery does not provide adequate facilities for drivers. There is only one bathroom available for around 50 drivers. Because of this, I would hesitate to stay here again.”

“I have booked twin beds room and requested for two beds during my booking online, but reception said I have booked for single bed room, this was an uncomfort check in experience, even though the issues was sloved.”

“this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe ”

Chambre sous-classée par rapport à la réservation et on nous a fait changer de chambre 4 fois en 18 jours, sous prétexte que d’autres clients en avaient besoin. Et ils nous appellent pour nous demander où nous sommes pour faire les changements de chambre alors que nous sommes là pour profité de notre séjour. “The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay ”
