AFTER CRUISE OUR 3-15 FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED
WE BOOKED DELTA FOR 3-17, PM. WE STAYED AT A POOR QUALITY HOTEL 3-15 AND 3-16 AFTER BEING UNABLE TO RENT A CAR OR FIND OTHER TRANSPORTATION. DELTA REBOOKED US FOR 3-19 PM.
I WENT ONLINE TO SEEK A ROOM FOR 3-17, INCLUDING FAIRFIELD. I WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS, AND THEY LIKE MANY OTHERS HAD NO AVAILABILITY UNTIL DAYS LATER. I FINALLY BOOKED SEA GLASS FOR NIGHT OF 3-17. MY WIFE

“Our stay at B Ocean resort in Ft. Lauderdale was unfortunately very disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome or guidance about the property, or surrounding area, leaving us confused about where to find amenities and how things worked.
The room itself had several issues. The bathroom water took nearly 15 minutes to warm up, which was extremely inconvenient, the shower head sprayed out of the glass enclosure, causing the floor towels to be soaked and the floor...
