“Terrible place and very different to the photos, very old rooms, bugs infested rooms. Also found rat in the room. No water supply for a good few hrs. Please don’t book this hotel”

“The resort is top notch & so is the staff. However, Expedia did not mention, inclusive of breakfast when i booked the room inclusive of breakfast. The receptionist said this has been happening for 6 months or so. So thats an area of improvement for the website.”

“A terrible place in a seedy locality. The front desk refused to acknowledge my hotels.com booking. I had to go elsewhere searching for a better hotel. Either Hotels.com has no presence in the Indian hospitality sector, or there is no proper procedure for screening loyalty hotel members.”
