“It's very expensive to stay at the hotel but you get your money's worth . I highly recommend you buy your drinks at the regular store then bring them in if you don't you will be paying 5 dollars per drink. The food at the hotel is really good especially the play by the pool. You will see bears outside the gate so do not keep food in car or drinks”

“My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. This place was great for the price. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the river. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and worked for our needs. The room appears outdated, however had floors that were not carpeted which we prefer. We did utilize the pool one day and it was clean and comfortable- not crowded. If we return to the area we will stay here again.”

“Excellent location. Far enough from PF to feel secluded but close enough to be right in the middle of everything PF has to offer in less than 30 mins. The only issue is that the plugs easily fell out of most of the electrical outlets, so I recommend bringing snug plugs or similar outlet tightened adapters. Check in and overall communication was easy. Cabin is well stocked with cooking tools, towels, etc. Bed was super comfortable.”

“We decided to grab an extra night that wasn’t planned. The girl at the desk the next morning not only booked us but gave us a discount!! That night when we returned, our room was cleaned, but… housekeeping forgot to make our bed and give us clean towels!!! When I went to the front desk and told her, she was not only shocked but said that she would send someone. The girl from laundry came quickly and took great care making our bed and giving us towels!! She was FANTASTIC!! The staff is...

“Room was great. Recent renovation firm bed and pillows. Problem is the road noise. Its really bad. Your room is 20 ft from a 4 lane highway. On the other side of the road is a very tall wall that reflects the road noise back towards the hotel. You will not sleep during the day at all or until after 10 at night. Get a room as far towards main st as you can. The tall wall ends about half way towards Main St. Would stay again but only in the right room”

“We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...
