“I first would like to say, reviews before booking the room for the weekend were great. And I normally don't leave reviews, but...Parking is tight and not enough. NO towels in the room, never have I had that happen; had to go back to desk (separate attached building outside) for them after checking in. No hooks or towel bars of any sort in bathroom, so nowhere to put towel after use. Not a working clock and most plugs didn't work for electronics. Not enough lighting in room and small desk lamp...

“HORRIBLE experience. The room was infested with ticks and other insects. It’s a cheap, low quality place. The rooms aren’t that clean either. There was no shampoo, conditioner, nor body wash in the shower. We asked to be moved and there wasn’t another one available. We had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel. They don’t have a working phone so I’m still going through hell to get my refund from expedia. Trust me, stay away from this place. ”

“The location was pretty. Each room had a river/creek view. Bear were in the area, which was cool! Faults...bathroom provides containers for complimentary shampoo, conditioner n shower gel BUT all were empty. Also, I booked this place for the hot tub n pool, which the hot tub was out of order. Convenient trolley service outside the hotel to bring to various locations in Gatlinburg. It was free and a great service for visitors. Nice not to get in a car and pay $20 for parking. Loved...

“We stayed one night in the honeymoon cottage. A last minute get away with my husband. It was so cute. The prefect little cottage. It was very clean and overlooks the river. We will def stay here again.”

“Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town.”

“I loved everything except there was no microwave so don’t bring food back from a restaurant. The mini fridge wasn’t very cold but that was probably isolated. Aside from that it was perfect.”
