“The property was very convenient to the main drag in Gatlinburg. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only dislike I had was it took a long time for the water to get hot enough for a shower. It came out lukewarm pretty quickly but took a while to get really warm.”

“It wasn't the worst place that we could've stayed, but there were several issues. The toilets are basically squatty pottys (small and low), some towels were stained/ripped, bed was hard as a rock, and "breakfast" was pretty much Walmart snacks. The guy at check in wasn't very friendly, but other cleaning staff were friendly. The location was right off of the main strip, so we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It wasn't a dirty hotel, just not well kept. The elevator made us feel like...

“The desk staff was awesome. Some minor outdoor issues with older broken down chairs that need removed or replaced. The location was great. Close to town but still out of the hustle and bustle. The calming creek area was fabulous and enjoyed by us each day. Would definitely return there to stay”

“The stay was amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was super comfy. Overall 10 out of 10. Spoke with the staff they were super friendly they just checked in and made sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we didnt need anything. Very personable. I would highly recommend this place. ”
