“Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. The pancake machine could be improved. Off a main road and close to freeway but rooms were quiet. Has Laundry facility ”

“The room was ok. Basic essentials. The staff wasn’t at its best. I forgot my brand new medicated shampoo. When I called to ask for it. The “help” associate told me that it was thrown away already. He didn’t show any empathy for my report. To be honest I was in shock that he told me that everything that the guest forgets is discarded. I wasn’t happy at all ”

“The hotel has great direct access to the beach. The facilities are a perfect combination of modern and Spanish/Italian older style. Food is good although the menu could offer a bit more options. In terms of location, it is a great one if you don’t plan to be in the city but you still want to have a lunch or dinner in Santa Barbara and then go back to the hotel (15-20 mins by car). I cannot judge all the facilities due to covid. Maybe the price is a bit high considering that during Covid the...

“We enjoy the unique rooms decorated with vintage furniture and antiques. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the freshly cook breakfast served in the incredible dining room. If you're tired of the box room high rise impersonal hotel and want a relaxing experience in a vintage home, this is the way to go!”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit loud with the up stairs guest who sounded like they were moving things around and making excessive noise. However, overall our stay was pleasant. The area is cute and we were able to walk around safely and easily. I would stay here again.”
