“This place is great and with the 21 and over upgrade it is well worth it for the private pool and free drinks! What I would change is the fact that the staff needed better communication on what time events happen and stop. Also to not close the bar at 10pm. That was very disappointing. Other than that everything was wonderful will definitely be back!”

“The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at check-in, the service was top-notch and every staff member we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.
The team at the adult pool was outstanding, the bar staff were friendly and attentive, valet service was seamless, and housekeeping went above and beyond. Every detail was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and care.
