“This place is great and with the 21 and over upgrade it is well worth it for the private pool and free drinks! What I would change is the fact that the staff needed better communication on what time events happen and stop. Also to not close the bar at 10pm. That was very disappointing. Other than that everything was wonderful will definitely be back!”

“It was just OKAY. Left things to be desired. I want to give this place a higher rating - but - it has the vibes of its former glory when it was Hard Rock. I'd say some of it is lackluster and a little depressing. It tries to maybe be modern and a bit more posh, but it's got a long wait. We checked on a Saturday afternoon in late June, so I was expecting is to be a bit busy. The pool - very small, overcrowded, cabanas were dirty, and looking at the colour of the water....not sure. Lobby bar was...

“I had several issues during my stay. I had requested towels they never came. Also, the light in the patio, the light in bathroom, the tv in the bedroom was broken and did not work. Lastly, they only had one elevator working which caused long wait times going down to the lobby or up to my room. Beyond frustrating! I did request to get a call from the manager and that also never happened.”
