Hotel vicino a Randleigh Farm - Raleigh

“This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.”

“The room was very nice and large. The hotel is under major renovation and I think they should have disclosed that before I made the reservation. That being said, I had to check out early and they were very helpful working with Expedia to make that easy.”

“My family of 3, including my 13-month-old son, recently stayed here while we were visiting friends and family who live in the area. We would highly recommend this hotel to any family. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a toddler (a pack-and-play, a high chair, a fridge, and a microwave). The pool was well-maintained and peaceful. “Clean, comfy and quiet (even though it was next to busy streets where big dump/trash trucks travel). Has a good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. The only negative is the bathroom lighting—there needs to be light over mirror and a makeup mirror for women!”
