“The pool was freezing cold. There are no microwaves in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby if you wanted to heat something up or pop some popcorn.”

“I would not stay in Best Western Plus Edison Inn in Garner, NC. This is not your typical Best Western. This property was old, the rooms smelled, and the check-in experience was atrocious. I took the front desk person 20 minutes to check me in to my room at 12:30 am in the morning when no one else was around. ”

“Let’s start with the check-in process, I called to verify check-in time in which I was told it is from 4pm-530am. We had arrive 4 hours after check-in just to be told that our reservations were canceled because they had no way of contacting us (we booked through Expedia), on top of them having us double booked for 4 rooms! Not correct. So we rebooked onsite. Proceeded to go to our rooms in which I asked could we be sided, I had the impression that we would! Room 207 and 209 is what we were...

“Room 217 was too noisy. We could barely sleep with road traffic and construction going on.”

“The hotel is in a great location. Day shift valet and front desk staff were great. Evening valet was non-existent l, and the front desk woman on the evening shift seemed overwhelmed. I ended up parking my own car down the block after waiting 2 hours for valet from another hotel to come help.”
