“I showed up late at night around 2am. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. I received a courtesy call a few hours prior just to make sure I was still on my way and I appreciated that extra step. The hotel itself is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. “Arrivati alle 21.30 nessuno era presente al desk; suonato diverse volte il campanello ma dopo 5 minuti nessuno si presentava; decido quindi di chiamare al telefono l'hotel ( si fa ridere ) e mi risponde subito un ragazzo, al quale dico di essere al desk di fronte.
