Hotel a Randolphville

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“The breakfast cleanup at exactly 9:30 while people were still serving themselves. And then have the audacity to get a little miffed when someone asks for the butter that they were putting on their toast that was taken while toasting. I understand that you have a set time but read the room.”

“Not clean. Toilet kept breaking. Smelled bad.”

“Very nice man at the front desk at night to check in. Room was fine but a little pricey for what it was.”

“It was crowded and dirty. People had to wait longer for buffet refilling. One sign said breakfast is till 9:30am and other sign said 9:30am. Rooms were pricy being a 2 star hotel.”

“Great hotel. Stay was comfortable. Basic breakfast options. But breakfast cleanliness and especially restocking service can be better. At times it felt like we were constantly requesting (begging) for more food.”

“Not well maintained. Scanty supplies in the room such as coffee packet. Difficult to find the entrance in to the property”

“Not sure why this has bad reviews . It was a good hotel . If you need a basic hotel to sleep , be safe , chill and do what you gotta do it was perfect . I stayed here with my family and little baby . It was good . I would stay again . Front desk was very nice and kind too. Can’t complain”

“No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave”
