Hotel a Rangiotu

“Nice and easy property as a quick stay for an early red eye flight”

“Clean room and pet friendly”

“Had a good stay. Could've done with a firmer mattress as that's my preference. Other than that it was all good.”

“When I contacted the hotel a couple times for my reservation, and asked if there is a front desk person to assist with my check in, the two person who answered my calls kept saying that they cannot find my reservation. After over hour waiting at the front of the hotel at a 49 degrees cold weather at 11:00 pm they finally said that they found it and someone handed me the key to my room.”

“Over the road from a shop is very handy.”

“Handy to central CBD.”

“Warm welcome, clean spacious unit .”

“Room smelt clean on entering which was pleasant. The bed was hard and pillow very high. Would have liked a small pairing knife in the kitchen to be available.”

“A very comfortable room”

“Great little room for me and my daughter for a few nights. A little out of town, but only a 5 minute drive so easy to navigate back into town when needed. Great hot tub too and plenty of parking. Clean room and comfy bed.”

“Great place to stay when away on business”

“The wifi was very slow and unreliable. Reception was closed from 8pm to 9am which made it difficult to raise the issue. The hot water was boiling hot in the shower - needs a temperature reducing valve to be compliant. The bed was very soft, and the curtains and carpet very thin. Bathroom very dated. The heater worked. Mostly functional, definitely not luxurious.”

“Could not fault. Close to shops, wonderful park and gardens. Very clean. Enjoyed the spa bath and comfy bed. Lovely accommodating hosts.”

“Great location but our unit close to road so traffic noise a nuisance. Shower pressure not good but unit very clean and well prepared. Staff very helpful. Parking outside unit.”

“First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy. Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre. We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot. Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure.”

“Really handy location. Enjoyed the spa bath in the room. Helpful staff and just an enjoyable stay.”
