“It is a beautiful property. Everything looks clean and well-put-together. It's luxurious, but my only problem is that the front desk didn't honor my birthday even after calling them. It was my birthday, and I was told on the phone before check-in that they would make sure the front desk would know to give me a little birthday treat. I never got it and I still told the guest services when I checked in and she said she would make sure she had something sent to my room but nothing was ever done. I...

“#1. It was classified as a handicap accessible room but there were no rails near the toilet at all. It had a shower with a shower door, no way could my wife who is an amputee shower. No seat to sit on and only one crab bar. #2. The air conditioner made such a loud noise it was impossible to sleep. Rattling and loud screeching noise. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the cons outweigh the pros. They did comp us with breakfast.”
