Cozy 2Bedroom Getaway

Perfect location close to Canyon Lake, the Bike path, and Highway 44! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a small 650 sq ft. Tucked away in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, this small house has everything you need for your stay. Enjoy year round comfort with central heating and air conditioning. Step outside to enjoy the spacious, unfenced yard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors on the concrete patio with table and chairs.
House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

This property is NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Quiet Hours after 10pm

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 1-2 people. More than two people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed
by the homeowner before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting
neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Description stated pet friendly then later was changed so I did not get a refund. Very disappointed that the host would not work with us at all for even a partial refund and it was their description that was incorrect. Luckily I was able to get in contact with a different host for my stay last minute.

Great place to stay

Cozy place with everything you need. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Very safe area and close to lots of history stops. We had some apples and the momma and her baby love them in the mornings. Nice back yard and enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio. Very clean and quiet. Would book the home again.

Our family stayed here for 6 nights exploring the Hills and visiting family. It was a great spot. Perfect size for our family of 3 and our dog. Well furnished with all the essentials. Great location on a quiet street near walking/biking trails along Rapid Creek and convenient access to both Downtown Rapid and the Black Hills.

Cute and cozy. Simple and tasteful decor and furnishings. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. The owners/realty manager were very prompt to give necessary information and also quite peasant. We took full advantage of the washer /dryer as we were on our motorcycle several hours each day and definitely needed them!Overall the house was just perfect enough for what we needed!

The house was absolutely perfect for our little family of three. The neighborhood was peaceful and a perfect location to downtown rapid city and Mt Rushmore. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and the property is exactly as described. We had an absolutely Wonderful time and would recommend this location to anyone.

Cute house quiet neighborhood

We were in town for my susters wedding and the house was perfect for the 2 of us. There was construction that we didnt know about at the time of booking but, was offered a duplex that we denied because we didnt want a shared house. It was fine parking in the church parking lot and the construction crew was actually very nice! I would stay there again!

Comfortable and cozy

Super cute home in a friendly neighborhood with a family of deer! The deer would just wander about the neighborhood which was very cool. Home was clean and convenient to the attractions in the area.

70th Birthday Trip

This cute little house was the perfect spot for my mom and I to hunker down in as we enjoyed the sights that SD has to offer. The host was very communicative before, during, and after the stay. The only reason I 4-starred the neighborhood is because of the construction happening and the large equipment on the street. It was a bit bothersome.

Nice older house, they have done some upgrades. A good place to stay for a few days. House is small but fine for the 3 of us that stayed. Does not have a dishwasher but that was ok for us we did not do any cooking.

Great Little House

Everything you need in a smaller space. The living room and kitchen open up to each other and help with the family being together. The house is clean and that’s important to us. All supplies were readily available too! Great property! They helped with check-in process the whole way.
