Thank you for your comments on your review. We do ask for a deposit from every single guest. The deposit ranges by the room rate. The range is from 50.00 to 150.00 per stay. Please come back and see us again and see if we are able to score a 5. We would love to show you what a good job we can do.

Oh No. We apologize for this. At times in the hotel, we are not aware of an issue until a guest such as yourself brings it to our attention. Our desk does have to tend to the needs of other guests as well as help in our laundry area. I will ensure that we are more attentive to the front desk and that we leave a note if we are going to be away from the desk. Thank you again.
