Great property
Spacious and roomy, great place, would stay again…might be a little hard to cook all of your meals there because the cooktop/oven are countertop units but would be doable. Great communication, comfy beds, nice shower…would definitely stay again. We saw 9 deer when we entered the subdivision and those same deer walked right by our patio door the next morning.

Big Sky to Detroit Pit Stop
My husband, our 2 pups, & I stayed one night on our way home to Michigan from our honeymoon in Montana. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the view because we got in after dark & left early to catch the sunrise over the bad lands, but we had a great time playing pool! We didn't realize the unit is connected to the owner's house when we booked, but we had a separate entrance, it's completely private & we didn't the hear any noise from upstairs.

Perfect Space
It was just as advertised, accommodating kitchen / bathroom / entertainment. We loved the pool table and the electronic darts board that had a 'heckler' button. The couches were incredibly comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We watched deer come within 15 feet of the house, wild turkeys came through the yard, and the blackhills view did not disappoint. The air smells sweeter with those pine trees all around. We will gladly use this again. Fantastic experience.

Amazing stay

Perfect location for our family South Dakota Trip!
My husband, daughter, dog and I loved it here! Beautiful back drop of the Black Hills. Convenient location for the tourists attractions, MT Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park. Ryan was so friendly and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood pool was perfect to cool off in when we got back. We would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing, spacious and great views
We stayed here for one night on a long family road trip. ( 2 adults, 2 children ages 6). It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the opportunity to do our laundry. The view out the living room window was great! We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular View
The place is clean with a fabulous view. The host left us with coffee bar and breakfast muffins and danish. That was a nice touch. We were under the impression we were staying in a guest house, but it was more like a downstairs apartment. But none the less, it was clean, had all the ammenities we needed. And the view was a bonus!

Lovely Property
This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young grandsons. It was extremely clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pool table, and dart board. The location is great to see all the attractions. Ryan also was great! Responded immediately to any of our questions or requests . The property is truly lovely. Beautiful view with a lot of wildlife. We would stay here again.

wonderful place
It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful nature. You can see different wildlife. Friendly place for small kids. Only negative is you can’t control ac and heat. It was freezing at night. Overall i will come back at hot summer.

Thank you for staying with us. Had we have know you had issues, we would have helped you resolve the heat issue right away as the place is on a central system. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room that you could have used.

Fantastic location and property
The rental was clean, well organized, and stocked well with all the essentials needed, which was really appreciated for a 3 week stay. Ryan was quick in responding to any questions we had....such as streaming and needing propane for the grill. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive into Rapid. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay
We were traveling cross country with our dog-this property served our needs for room to spread out and recharge! The place was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, shower fabulous, beds super comfy! It was a beautiful neighborhood; quiet, and we were rewarded w/a wonderful view when we woke up (as we had arrived in the dark). There was even a decorated Xmas tree which added to the homeyness of the place! Unfortunately, we were too tired to use the pool table!

Awesome Accommodation
This split level duplex was large in size for my family of five and two pups. Loved the grill, outdoor view, pool, basketball court, tennis court and all the small touches that the owner included. Everything was clean, had a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, fan, games for the kids and even treats on the counter. Easily accessible and about 60 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, but closer to Lake Sheridan where we rented a boat. Spent four days here and we loved it!

Great value
We had a wonderful time. Location was not to far from many things to do. We had deer in the yard each morning. My grandson loved the pool table. Beautiful place, beautiful setting. We all had a great vacation.

Family trip
The house was perfect and the owner was great. It snowed the day we checked in so he sent us a map of the area and the roads that were safe to travel on and checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The view was great and deer came right up to the patio.

Wonderful stay!
Just as advertised! Very close to everything. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Views were spectacular. We arrived after dusk and there were deer everywhere which to some it might not be cool but we thought it was amazing (our dogs enjoyed the extra sniffs). Very much enjoyed the complementary keuirg coffee. The beds were the best beds we have EVER slept in. All in all this place is a gem :)

Excellent stay
We checked in late. Everything was in order. Kitchen is not suitable for preparing meals but if you are getting food to bring back it works perfectly.

Great stay for the family.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and the added extras was a bonus. The community pool was a perfect end to a long day after touring all the area sites.

Beautiful property with all the amenities!
We loved this location and all the amenities offered. It was the perfect stop after Mount Rushmore on our cross country trip. The one thing to be wary of if you have an animal is that there were about 30 deer on the way to this property, 5 of which were in the backyard. It was great to see wildlife so close to the property, but the dog was overly excited to try to chase them. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would surely book again if we were in the area.

We stayed here one night while traveling through the black hills. The view was gorgeous (I took pictures of the sunset before even checking in!). Everything inside was nice and comfortable but would have appreciated more than one small heater since we used both bedrooms and it was quite cold when we arrived.

Awesome view
This was a fabulous place, the pictures listed don’t do it justice! The community pool is awesome! Super clean with lots of thoughtful things like keurig coffee, fans, microwave meals, treats, Lincoln logs for my daughter to play with, and a sweet billiard table my teenage son loved!! Close to the tourist sites but far enough away to have mountain scenery. This is truly a 6 out of 5 star place!!

SD vacation
We enjoyed staying at this property. The views from the back were spectacular. The home was very welcoming. It seems to be in an ideal location to get to all the attractions. We especially enjoyed the visits from the deer every morning and evening. The home was also ideal for my 87 yr old mother. Easy to get into the property.

Perfect for a night
Just needed for a night on our way to Yellowstone and it was perfect. A bit out of the way to get into town but for a night, it was great. Sadly, the owner, who lives upstairs, was up at 4:15 am and woke us up. I’m sure he was being quiet but that was awfully early. The place has a great view and a great set up! Even a little breakfast pastry in the morning! The furniture was beautiful but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Again, just our opinions. Very nice set up with own entry in the back of the home!

Great place to rest each day after visiting all the must see locations! Saw quite a bit of wildlife and enjoyed the beautiful view! Has enough items in the kitchen to cook if you are prepared and a little creative. We would book again for sure!

Perfect Home Away From Home!
Very clean with more than enough room for the two of us. Thankful for the washer and dryer as we had some laundry to do. Lots of literature on the area to plan your visit. The house was well stocked with linens and towels. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was equipped with the necessities - having a Keurig was awesome! And what can we say about the view that hasn’t already been said! Absolutely gorgeous! There were even some deer roaming around close by! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rapid City!
