“THE HOUSE LOCATION RIGHT ON THE LAKE WAS FABULOUS..WE ENJOYED ALL OF THE WATERFALLS AND LIGHT HOUSES IN THE AREA. IT WAS EASY TO FIND AND ENJOYED OUR STAY. WE DID HAVE A FEW ISSUES THOUGH. WE DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT AND WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE WATER WAS NOT WORKING. “This beautiful home was great for my husband, myself, daughter, son in law and little grandson (although the house isn’t really set up to accommodate little ones). Sunrise over the beautiful small lake was a treat. Be sure to bring bug spray… the mosquitoes are awful, as they seemed to be all over the UP this time of year. The house was a bit difficult to find using some map apps, so I suggest the owner add some additional clarification on the instructions. I would certainly recommend this...

“The cabin was even better than the photos portrayed! So peaceful, right on the water - caution if you have littles, but awesome for adults. Have your coffee listening to the river and the birds. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We also appreciated that our dog was allowed and lots of places to walk nearby.”

“We all loved the house. It was very clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The location was very nice and private. We had a lake directly in our back yard and enjoyed the firepit in the evenings and the kayaks. It was a small branch off of the larger Au Train lake but an easy row to the bigger lake and very safe. It was so peaceful to sit on the dock and hear the birds and frogs sing while fishing. We had some nice hikes. Particularly liked Chapel Falls and Chapel Beach hike. It was...

“Spent a week with friends and our dogs! Even though the snow was sparse this season, we were still able to find snow on the seasonal non-plowed roads. With normal snow, the snowmobile trails would be easy to access. Hosts were great! We were welcomed with some locally made bread, jam and coffee. Nice amenities in the kitchen. We already booked for next year!”
